Pan-seared Garlic Salmon Steaks

With only five ingredients, these rich pan-seared salmon Steaks are infused with garlic and butter for a simple yet gourmet dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

Salmon steaks

Salt

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Butter

(Optional). Debone the salmon steaks by using a sharp knife to slice along the center of the steak.

(Optional). Twist the salmon into medallions and secure with cooking twine or a wooden skewer.

Hint: If you skip deboning, you might have to pan-fry the salmon for a minute longer.

Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic on both sides. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Pan-fry the salmon steaks, flipping every two minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Spoon the excess melted butter over each salmon steak as they cook.
