Spicy Hoisin—
Something about the sweet hoisin mixed with spicy chile flakes makes for an insane flavour combination, and a dash of soy sauce brings it all together.

Inspired by one of our favourite Korean dishes, Chicken Dak Galbi. It’s got the longest ingredient list, plus a couple ingredients you might have to get from the Asian supermarket (gochugaru, mirin). But it’s worth it!
